The Brome County Agricultural Society (BCAS) is accepting rentals for the Fairgrounds located in Brome, Quebec for the season which runs from May 1st until August 15th and from September 10th until October 1st. The Fairgrounds consist of 47.5 acres of well-maintained property. Available on the grounds are a covered arena, covered grandstand and 2 stage areas, ½ mile race track, exhibit halls, show rings, well kept barns and clean washroom and shower facilities. The Fairgrounds offer the public (individuals, associations, companies) an excellent place to host a variety of celebrations. Please note it is prohibited to smoke in any of the buildings.
In the past, BCAS has rented the facilities for a variety of activities including a home show, environmental fair, rodeos, horse shows, dog shows, the RCMP musical ride, cattle shows and auctions, fundraisers, Townshippers’ Day, weddings and receptions.
BCAS can offer you the best of facilities for your upcoming event big or small!

No dogs permitted on the grounds.
No unauthorized pets/animals are permitted on the fairgrounds.
The Fairview building is located at 345 Stagecoach Road, in the Village of Brome, a unique and quiet setting for any event.
The Fairview Hall is a superb location to host your event, whether it is a meeting, fundraising event, wedding reception, etc.
The 2,000 square feet facility offers a seating capacity of 150 people, fully functional kitchenette, washrooms, and stage.
The Fairview Hall is a non smoking establishment.
We do not provide linens or tableware.
We do not provide alcohol permits, renter must acquire own permit.
Renter must also provide proof of tenant legal liability insurance.
For your catering needs may we suggest Maître Traiteur Cowansville, they have provided their services for many events at our facility. For more information please contact Mario Sirois 450-266-5303. You may also hire the caterer of your choice.
